Surfers Paradise Kids Week is an annual event that entertains kids for days during Spring school holidays.
It runs from the 29th of September until 5th October and is completely FREE. The week long event has a jammed packed schedule that is sure to thrill the kids.
There will be arts and crafts, daily dance parties, beachfront markets and Sea World will be performing their ‘Sea Guardians to the Rescue’ show. The show sees Professor Swells and the kids in the audience rescue trapped marine life.
One of the big draws this year will be ‘Jurassic Creatures in Paradise’ which features animatronic dinosaurs. They will sing, dance and interact with the kids.
Another attraction that is sure to be popular is the Virtual Reality Experience. Guests will be able to step back in time and interact with digital dinosaurs and wander around a prehistoric landscape.
For kids who want to get active, Fitletica will be conducting an outdoor fitness program that will keep the kids busy for hours. It’s all about putting down the tablets and phones and getting active, meeting new friends and having fun.
Whilst the kids are busy, parents will be able to take advantage of discounts, deals and giveaways at local venues throughout the precinct.
