South Bank’s free outdoor fitness program is back for 2018! From the 1st October through to 1st December, the Medibank Feel Good Program will be taking over the South Bank Parklands for three months of heart-pumping fun.
This year’s program is jam-packed with classes that are great for all fitness levels, with classes such as yoga, Zumba, HIIT, Pilates and Tai Chi being offered. There are even classes for mums and bubs, with a specialised post-natal class designed to help rebuild strength on the calendar. And if you find Brisbane is getting a little too hot for exercise, there is even a class held in the Boat Pool, where you can get your heart rate up while cooling down.
The majority of classes are held on the Little Stanley Street lawns, with a beautiful view of South Bank and the City to distract you when those burpees really start to burn. Two classes will also be held in Queens Park in the CBD.
