Medibank Feel Good Program – Free Fitness Classes

Fitness is more fun with Feel Good
Got some fabulous activewear in your wardrobe, and nowhere to show it off? The Medibank Feel Good Program at South Bank Parklands is calling your name!

Offering free fitness classes five days a week from February 27 to May 6, the Medibank Feel Good Program is the perfect way to motivate yourself and get your daily dose of exercise in.

Qualified instructors will run classes in Energy, Yoga, Zumba®, and Bubacise on the Little Stanley Street Lawns.

New to the class roster for this series is Ballet Fit – a mash up of Pilates and ballet techniques designed to improve overall health and fitness.
The popular water-based classes also return to the Boat Pool, but with a new twist – you can jam to Aqua Zumba® in the cool water every Saturday morning.

Warm up on your way to class with a brisk walk to the Parklands from the CBD with friends, or take advantage of the many nearby bus, ferry and train stations.
So round up some friends, and make a date to improve your mood and your fitness with South Bank’s free exercise program.
