Katrina Blowers is an author, Senior Reporter and Presenter with the Seven News team – a team that is celebrating their 60th birthday in November 2019.
Katrina’s Great Day Out starts with a meditation session. She is a firm believer that 20 minutes of meditation each day calms her mind and gets her on the right track for whatever lies ahead. There are many free apps available; Katrina uses One Giant Mind.

Aside from coffee, Katrina’s other weakness is jewellery – particularly earrings. Rebellious Grace is a small-scale hand-made jewellery store in the James Street precinct in Fortitude Valley.
