Bernadette O’Shea is Brisbane’s delightful doyenne of the sparkling world of Champagne. As well as being lauded by all the great Champagne houses, Bernadette has also been honoured with a French Knighthood. She regularly holds Champagne Classes in conjunction with The Wine Emporium – for beginners and more advanced students.
Bernadette also runs a Champagne Club – meeting the first Tuesday of the month at the Emporium cocktail bar in Fortitude Valley.
