We especially like this one. Ugly Duck Preserves guys take unwanted, unloved fruit and vegetables destined for compost piles, the dump or feed for farm animals and turn them into something beautiful – handcrafted, small batch, gourmet preserves. They acquire fresh fruit and vegetables that are rejected by shops and supermarket chains because of their non-standard size, shape or colour. Taste and freshness of our ingredients are the only qualities that matter, odd shapes and sizes don’t!
