Hello Gorgeous has set up shop on Chester Street in the old Chester Street Bakery. Dressed to impress with an irresistible menu, handpicked wine list, stunning decor, and sprawling deck ready to share with friends, Hello Gorgeous opened its doors in February. Owned by Justinn De Beer, Hello Gorgeous is Newstead’s latest multi-level bar for after-work drinks, lively evenings and lazy afternoons. Described as “Palm Springs meets Byron Bay,” the restaurant focuses on cocktails that are small on alcohol, but big on taste.
