Fiamme Trattoria is an Italian restaurant located in Albion on Brisbane’s north. Owner and executive chef, Nicola Robertiello has trained at Michelin-star restaurants and is also the former kitchen head of New Farm stalwart, Dell’Ugo. He brings his expertise to Fiamme Trattoria, where traditional cooking is peppered with modern touches.
The start of every week for Nicola begins with a shopping expedition to hand pick ingredients for the restaurant. It is rare you will find a chef away from the pans, but for Nicola this extra effort pays off in superior produce.
The head of the welcoming committee at Fiamme Trattoria is Nicola’s dad, Giuseppe. Together they have created a restaurant that welcomes diners as friends and shares great quality food in comfortable surrounds.
Fiamme Trattoria is open for dinner from Tuesday through to Sunday and lunch from 11.30am on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
