Broadbeach hot spots: Where to wine and dine

A great way to complement any stay on the Gold Coast, especially when visiting the upcoming 2019 music festivals, is to wine and dine in some of the best establishments on the coast.

Broadbeach is home to some great cafes, bars and restaurants. Many of them are in Broadbeach’s Oasis Shopping Centre.

It’s ideally situated to enjoy the tunes that will be spilling into the streets, thanks to the Blues on Broadbeach Festival and the Groundwater Country Music Festival.

Elk Espresso is one of the coast’s most iconic cafes and serves up great food and specialty coffee. It’s open for breakfast and lunch and has great views of the water.

Just a few doors up is Mario’s Italian Restaurant and Pizzeria – classic Italian meets modern dining. It’s been operating for 30 years and is a local favourite.

Lovers of tastes of the Orient can check out Grand Dynasty. It has delicious and widespread offerings that include hand-made dumplings, BBQ pork, Peking duck and a lot more. It offers the freshest seafood and its banquets have to be seen to be believed!

The Loose Moose Tap and Grill House is a great place to hang out. They offer 25 craft beers on tap and their food takes Aussie favourites and puts a twist on them. A great example is the cheeseburger pizza. Yep, it’s exactly what it sounds like!

Loose Moose is also home to the Roosevelt Lounge. It’s a luxurious 1930s-styled lounge bar that offers the best cocktails around.

Finally, a great place to enjoy a steak and a 20-page wine menu is Moo Moo Wine Bar and Grill. It’s right next to Victoria Park, which gives it prime position to enjoy the upcoming music festivals.
